Nowadays near all mischief up sprang and one more-computer fraud.
“Computer fraud covers a variety of activity that is harmful to people. Computer fraud is using the computer in some ways to commit dishonesty by obtaining an advantage or causing loss of something of value“. There are some kinds of computer fraud: program fraud, hacking, e-mail hoaxes, auction and retail sales schemes, investment schemes and people claiming to be experts on subject areas.
On the other hand, there are some basic steps which you can take to avoid of becoming a victim of the computer fraud. At the first, don’t give your personal information to other people, unless you have a good reason to trust them. Secondly, check your financial information regularly, and look for what should be there and what shouldn’t. And finally, update your virus protection software regularly.
And one more thing which is very important is that the computer fraud is a criminal offence for which is a punishment such as jail or fine under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
So, everything to sum up, the computer fraud is a very big problem which is increasing every day and for which should be found effective solution.

Civil and Public law
Summary
There are two different branches of law: Civil and Public law.
Civil law is the part of law that deals with disagreements between people rather than with crime. It’s main categories are contracts, torts, trusts, probate and Family law. Public law concerns disputes between citizens and the state, or between two states. It’s main categories are crimes, Constitutional law and International law. Basic differences between Civil and Public law are: the standards of proof are superior in a Public law than in a Civil; prosecution (accuser in a Public law) must prove the guilt of perpetrator “beyond reasonable doubt“ but the plaintiff (accuser in Civil law) must prove the guilt “on the balance of probabilities“; procedures in Civil and Public law are different; evidence from criminal case is not always admissible as evidence from criminal case about the same subject; in a civil case the loser must pay a fine while loser in a criminal case must be sentenced to imprisonment.
Though these two law branches are very different but both are really necessary.

And in the end of my searching i decided to choose the social workers profesion. Why? I still dont know... But now after almoust six month i can say that i am very happy that i am here! I knew a lot of about this profession and now i have my own opinion about it. I like all subjects which i am studyng and i think that they realy will bring me more understandig about me and other people. Even now i feel that i am changing....
When i am looking at others social workers i couln't see in them a real social worker... In my opinion they are working just for money but not for other's welfare... So, i hope that i will be different....
